MULTIMA L / K
Two filling approaches for your bottles.
MULTIMA L and MULTIMA K are distinct machine families for counter-pressure bottle filling. The L version uses long-tube valves and the K version uses short-tube valves. The right choice depends on the drink, bottles and planned format changes. Rinsing and capping equipment can be included in the configuration, defining the machine’s scope around your production before a quotation is prepared.

01MULTIMA L or MULTIMA K
MULTIMA L uses long-tube valves; MULTIMA K uses short-tube valves. These are two machine families. We identify the right approach from your bottles, drinks and planned format changes.
02Crown capper
The cam-controlled crown capper closes bottles after filling. The number of capping stations and its integration depend on the selected machine configuration.
03High-pressure injection
A fine water jet encourages the product to foam, displacing air from the headspace before closing. Settings are matched to the drink and filling conditions.
04Bottle stop
The bottle stop controls the infeed of further bottles during a normal machine stop, coordinating container supply with the ongoing process.
05Bottle shower
After filling and capping, the outside of the bottle is rinsed to help remove product residues from the bottle and closure.
06Hygienic frame design
The base frame reduces horizontal surfaces so water and product residues can drain more easily. Its open construction supports access for cleaning and routine care.
