MULTIMA 2in1

Plan bottle and can filling in one machine.

MULTIMA 2in1 combines bottle and can filling in one machine family. It is an option for businesses offering both container types and organising production around a shared filler. Bottles use the appropriate capping equipment, while cans are transferred to the can seamer. Format parts, changeover and component arrangement depend on the agreed configurations.

MULTIMA 2in1 – example configuration

Example configuration. Equipment and arrangement are defined for your project.

01Mechanical filling valve
Mechanical filling valve

Mechanical long-tube valves perform counter-pressure filling. Filling tubes and format parts are selected for the container. The mechanical design provides accessible components.

02Crown capper
Crown capper

The cam-controlled crown capper closes bottles after filling. The number of capping stations and its integration depend on the selected machine configuration.

03CO₂ tunnel
CO₂ tunnel

Open cans travel through a CO₂-supplied area between the filler and seamer. This helps limit contact between the product and ambient air.

04Bubble breaker
Bubble breaker

A directed CO₂ jet removes the upper foam layer before seaming. Settings are coordinated with fill height and the product’s foaming behaviour.

05Bottle shower
Bottle shower

After filling and capping, the outside of the bottle is rinsed to help remove product residues from the bottle and closure.

06Can stop
Can stop

During a normal stop, the can stop prevents further containers from entering, allowing cans already in the machine to complete the intended process.

07Hygienic frame design
Hygienic frame design

The base frame reduces horizontal surfaces so water and product residues can drain more easily. Its open construction supports access for cleaning and routine care.
